We are pleased to announce the upcoming 2024 Great Canadian Snow Show, AKA the Mid Canada Snow Conference, being held in Winnipeg MB Sept. 18 & 19th 2024 at the Victoria Inn & Conference Center
We will be providing more information in the coming weeks including a full agenda and tradeshow lineup, but we wanted to get you and your associates talking and planning to attend this great opportunity to mix and mingle with your peers. Join public works professionals from streets, roads, and transportation departments from your neighboring provinces and states. You’ll find valuable experience and knowledge of snow fighting and winter roads maintenance under one roof.
The Conference will also feature exhibitors displaying the latest in equipment, materials, and technologies for the
21st century snow-fighter.
New for 2024, we’re launching Snow Conference Photo/Video Contests. With the addition of the contest, we’re giving you a fresh format to share all the ways public works keeps communities safe, connected, and moving forward.
This year’s theme, Public Works Responding, is all about showcasing how you and your team respond to keep our roads and streets clear and safe each winter.
Content suggestions for your photos and/or videos include:
· Take photos or shoot video footage of you or your team responding to an event.
· Take photos or shoot videos that celebrate your team spirit. Tip: This is a great opportunity to shine a light on members of your team who may not get as much exposure in the larger public works community!
· Take photos or capture video footage that shows off your team’s snowfighting abilities in your community or municipality
Winners will be announced live at the 2024 Snow Conference!

Deadline for entries: May 15, 2024. Voting will open June 1, 2024 and continue through June 15, 2024.
